Managing Your Itinerary

Once you have created a travel plan, it becomes your central hub for organizing your trip. The travel plan details screen gives you a comprehensive view of your itinerary, allowing you to see activities organized by day, track your budget, view everything on a map, and eventually complete your plan by adding items to your cart for booking.

Opening Your Travel Plan

To access your travel plan, tap on the Plans tab at the bottom of the app. You will see a list of all your travel plans, including both active plans you are still working on and past trips you have completed. Tap on any travel plan to open its details screen, where you can view and manage everything about that trip.

The travel plan details screen displays your trip name at the top, along with the destination and travel dates. You will also see a summary card showing your trip preferences, budget information, and a quick overview of how many activities you have planned.

Understanding the Day View

The heart of your itinerary is the day-by-day view. Near the top of the screen, you will see a horizontal row of day cards, each showing the date and day of the week. These cards give you a quick visual overview of your entire trip.

Each day card displays small dots indicating how many activities you have scheduled for that day. The dots are color-coded to show the status of each activity. Purple dots represent planned activities that have not yet been booked. Green dots indicate confirmed bookings. Yellow dots show activities that are pending confirmation. If you see red dots, those activities have become unavailable and need your attention.

Tap on any day card to see the activities scheduled for that specific day. The activities section below updates to show only the activities for your selected day, making it easy to focus on one day at a time while planning.

Viewing Activities for a Day

When you select a day, the screen shows all activities scheduled for that date. Each activity card displays the activity name, the scheduled time, an image, and pricing information. You can see at a glance when each activity starts and ends.

If an activity spans multiple days, it will appear on each relevant day of your trip. For example, a multi-day tour starting on Monday and ending on Wednesday will show up when you tap on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

The activity cards also show booking status indicators. Activities you have not yet booked display their estimated price. Once booked, you will see confirmation status and can access your voucher directly from the card.

Adding Activities to Your Plan

There are several ways to add activities to your travel plan. The most common method is tapping the Add activities button at the bottom of the screen. This opens a search interface where you can browse activities available at your destination.

The activity search screen shows activities filtered by your destination and can be further refined using categories, price ranges, ratings, and other filters. When you find an activity you like, tap on it to view the details, then use the Add to Trip option to include it in your travel plan.

If your travel plan was created from a group voting session, you will also see an Add from Group Votes button. This allows you to quickly add activities that your group voted positively on during the voting phase.

When adding an activity, you select specific options like the tour variant, time slot, and number of travelers. The activity is then placed on your itinerary based on the selected date and time.

Editing Activities

To modify an activity that is already in your plan, tap on the activity card. For activities that have not yet been booked, you can tap the edit button (pencil icon) to change the time slot, date, or participant details.

Editing takes you to the availability screen where you can select a different date or time for the same activity. This is useful if you realize you have scheduled too many activities on one day and want to spread them out, or if you need to adjust timing to avoid overlaps.

Removing Activities

If you decide you no longer want an activity in your plan, you can remove it. On the activity card, tap the delete button (trash icon). A confirmation dialog appears asking if you are sure you want to remove the activity. Confirm the deletion, and the activity is removed from your itinerary.

Removing an activity from your travel plan does not affect any bookings. If you have already booked and paid for an activity, you will need to cancel that booking separately through the Bookings section of the app.

Using the Map View

For travel plans with activities that have location information, you will see a View on Map card above the days section. Tap this card to open a full map view of your itinerary.

The map displays all your activities as numbered markers, ordered chronologically. Each marker shows the activity number and date, making it easy to visualize your trip flow across the destination. Purple gradient markers indicate planned activities, while other colors show booking statuses.

If an activity includes pickup service, you will see an orange car marker showing where you will be picked up. Activities that end at a different location than they start will show a black flag marker for the ending point.

The map also draws connecting lines between consecutive activities, helping you understand the travel logistics between stops. Dotted lines connect activities to show your general route through the destination.

Tap any marker to see details about that activity. A card slides up from the bottom showing the activity information, meeting point details, and any pickup or ending location information.

Tracking Your Budget

The trip preferences card at the top of your travel plan shows budget information. You can see the total estimated cost of all activities in your plan, helping you stay within your travel budget.

If you set a budget when creating your travel plan, the card shows how much of your budget you have used and how much remains. This running total updates automatically as you add or remove activities.

Prices shown are estimates based on current availability. Before completing your plan, you can tap Re-check Pricing to verify that all activities are still available at the displayed prices. This is especially important if you created your plan weeks or months before your trip.

Viewing All Activities

To see every activity in your travel plan regardless of which day it falls on, tap See all next to the activities section header. This opens a bottom sheet showing all activities sorted chronologically.

The all-activities view is helpful when you want to review your complete itinerary at once or make changes across multiple days without switching between day views.

Completing Your Travel Plan

When you are satisfied with your itinerary and ready to book, tap the Complete button at the bottom of the screen. This initiates the process of converting your travel plan into bookable cart items.

A confirmation dialog asks if you want to add more activities or complete the plan now. If you choose to complete, the app checks availability for all activities and adds them to your cart. You are then taken to the Cart screen where you can review everything and proceed to checkout.

If any activities have become unavailable since you added them, you will see a notification explaining which activities need attention. You can then edit or remove those activities before trying to complete again.

Understanding Activity Warnings

Sometimes you will see warning messages on activity cards. A yellow warning indicates the activity extends beyond your travel plan dates, which might happen if you adjusted your trip dates after adding activities.

A red warning means the activity is no longer available at the selected time. This can happen if availability changed since you added the activity, or if someone else booked the last spot. When you see red warnings, you will need to edit or remove those activities before completing your plan.

Group Voting Integration

If your travel plan was created from a group voting session, you will see a Group Voting Insights panel on your travel plan details screen. This shows a summary of how your group voted and which activities received the most positive responses.

You can tap View Results to see the complete voting breakdown, or use Add from Group Votes to quickly add top-voted activities to your itinerary.

Deleting a Travel Plan

If you decide you no longer need a travel plan, you can delete it entirely. Tap the trash icon in the header of the travel plan details screen. A confirmation dialog appears warning that this action cannot be undone.

Important: Deleting a travel plan only removes the plan itself. It does not cancel or affect any activities you have already booked through that plan. If you have completed bookings, you will need to cancel those separately.
