Creating Your Account

Signing up for MyPerfectStay is quick and easy. Once you have an account, you can save your favorite activities, create travel plans, participate in group voting, and manage all your bookings in one place.

Why Create an Account?

While you can browse activities without an account, creating one unlocks many helpful features:

• Save Your Favorites - Tap the heart icon on any activity to save it to your collections. This makes it easy to come back to activities you are interested in.
• Create Travel Plans - Organize activities into day-by-day itineraries for your upcoming trips.
• Group Voting - Create voting rooms to plan trips with friends or family, letting everyone vote on which activities to do.
• Booking History - Access all your past and upcoming bookings in one place.
• Faster Checkout - Save your payment methods so you can book activities more quickly in the future.
• Booking Notifications - Receive reminders about upcoming activities and important updates about your bookings.

How to Create an Account

There are three ways to create a MyPerfectStay account. Choose the option that is most convenient for you.

Option 1: Sign Up with Your Email

This is a simple way to create an account using just your email address. No password is required because we use a secure verification code system.

1. Open the MyPerfectStay app.
2. Tap on any feature that requires an account, such as saving a favorite or creating a travel plan. You can also tap on the Profile tab and select Sign Up.
3. Enter your email address in the field provided.
4. Tap the Continue button.
5. Check your email inbox for a message from MyPerfectStay containing a 6-digit verification code.
6. Enter the verification code in the app.
7. If you are a new user, you will be asked to enter your first name and last name.
8. That is it! Your account is now created and you are signed in.

Tip: The verification code is valid for a limited time. If it expires, you can request a new one by tapping "Resend code" in the app.

Option 2: Continue with Google

If you have a Google account, you can use it to sign up quickly without entering your email manually.

1. Tap the "Continue with Google" button.
2. A pop-up will appear asking you to select your Google account. If you have multiple Google accounts on your device, choose the one you want to use.
3. Review the permissions and tap Continue or Allow.
4. Your account is created automatically using your Google account information.

The app will use your name and email address from your Google account, so you do not need to enter them manually.

Option 3: Continue with Apple (iPhone Only)

If you are using an iPhone or iPad, you can sign up using your Apple ID. This option provides additional privacy features.

1. Tap the "Continue with Apple" button.
2. Authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.
3. Apple will ask if you want to share your email address or hide it. If you choose to hide your email, Apple will create a unique, random email address that forwards messages to your real email.
4. Your account is created automatically.

Note: The "Continue with Apple" option only appears on iOS devices (iPhone and iPad).

Browsing Without an Account

You do not need an account to explore activities on MyPerfectStay. You can browse destinations, search for activities, read descriptions, and view prices without signing up.

However, when you want to save a favorite, create a travel plan, or complete a booking, you will be asked to sign in or create an account.

Already Have an Account?

If you have already created an account, you can sign in using the same method you used to sign up. If you signed up with your email, enter your email address and we will send you a verification code. If you signed up with Google or Apple, simply tap the corresponding button to sign in.
