What is MyPerfectStay?
MyPerfectStay is a mobile travel app that helps you discover, plan, and book activities and experiences around the world. From guided tours and cultural experiences to adventure activities and day trips, you can find and book thousands of activities directly through the app. The app also includes features for organizing your trips with travel plans, coordinating group decisions through voting rooms, and generating AI-powered itineraries.
Is the app free to download and use?
Yes, the MyPerfectStay app is completely free to download from the App Store and Google Play Store. You can browse activities, create travel plans, and use all the planning features without any cost. You only pay when you book an activity, and the price you see is the price you pay with no hidden fees.
Which devices are supported?
MyPerfectStay is available for iOS devices (iPhone) and Android devices. You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The app works best with recent operating system versions to ensure all features function properly.
Do I need an internet connection to use the app?
An internet connection is required to search for activities, make bookings, and access most features of the app. However, once you have your booking voucher, you can save or screenshot it for offline access on the day of your activity.

Do I need an account to browse activities?
No, you can browse and search for activities, view activity details, and explore destinations without creating an account. However, you will need to sign in to save activities to collections, create travel plans, make bookings, and access your booking history.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account by tapping "Login or Sign Up" in the Profile tab or when prompted during checkout. MyPerfectStay offers three sign-in options: you can enter your email address and receive a 6-digit verification code sent to your inbox, sign in with your Google account for quick authentication, or use Apple Sign-In for seamless access on iOS devices. There are no passwords to remember with email sign-in, as you receive a fresh verification code each time.
Can I use MyPerfectStay on multiple devices?
Yes, you can sign in with the same account on multiple devices. Your bookings, collections, and travel plans sync automatically across all devices where you are signed in, so you always have access to your travel information.
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account, go to Profile, then tap your profile card at the top to access Profile Details. From there, navigate to Privacy and select Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and will remove all your data, including booking history, collections, and travel plans.
Booking Questions
How far in advance can I book activities?
Most activities can be booked up to 12 months in advance, although the exact booking window varies by activity and operator. Some activities, especially popular tours during peak season, may have limited availability and fill up quickly, so booking early is recommended.
Can I book an activity for someone else?
Yes, you can book activities for friends and family. During checkout, you will be asked to provide traveler details including names for all participants. The lead traveler (the first person listed) will receive all booking communications and should have a copy of the voucher for the activity.
What if an activity is sold out for my preferred date?
If an activity is not available for your chosen date and time, try checking different dates or time slots on the availability calendar. Availability varies by day and time, so you may find openings on alternative dates. You can also save the activity to a collection and check back later, as availability can open up due to cancellations.
Are bookings confirmed instantly?
Most bookings are confirmed instantly, and you will receive your voucher immediately via email and in the app. However, some activities require confirmation from the operator, which may take up to 48 hours. These bookings will show a "Pending" status until confirmed. You will receive a notification when your booking is confirmed.
What is the cart hold system?
When you add an activity to your cart, MyPerfectStay holds your spot and locks in the price for a limited time. You will see a countdown timer showing how long your hold is valid. This ensures that the availability and price do not change while you complete your booking. If the hold expires, you may need to re-add the activity, and availability or pricing may have changed.
Payment Questions
What payment methods are accepted?
MyPerfectStay accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through our payment system.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed using industry-standard encryption and security protocols. Your card details are handled securely and are never stored on our servers in plain text. We use trusted payment processing partners to ensure your financial information is protected.
When am I charged for a booking?
You are charged immediately when you complete your booking and payment is processed successfully. The charge will appear on your statement from the payment processor.
What currency are prices displayed in?
Prices can be displayed in your preferred currency. You can change your currency preference in the Profile tab under Settings by tapping "Currency" and selecting from the available options. The conversion is approximate and based on current exchange rates.
Cancellation and Refund Questions
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation policies vary by activity. Each activity page displays its specific cancellation policy, which you should review before booking. Many activities offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time, while others may have stricter policies or be non-refundable. To cancel a booking, go to your Bookings tab, select the booking, and tap the "Cancel" button if cancellation is available.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed immediately, but they typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.
What if the operator cancels my activity?
If an activity operator cancels your booking for any reason, you will automatically receive a full refund. You will be notified via email and in-app notification about the cancellation and the refund.
On the Day Questions
What should I bring to my activity?
Bring your voucher (either on your phone or printed), a valid photo ID, and any items specified in the activity's "What to Bring" section. You can access your voucher from the Bookings tab by selecting your booking and tapping "View Voucher."
What if I am running late?
If you are running late, contact the activity operator immediately using the phone number on your voucher. Some activities can accommodate late arrivals, while others have strict departure times. The operator is your best contact for day-of schedule questions.
What if I cannot find the meeting point?
Your booking details include the meeting point information. Tap on the meeting point in your booking to see the location on a map with directions. If you still cannot find it, call the operator using the number on your voucher for guidance.
Travel Plans and Voting Questions
What are travel plans?
Travel plans are a feature that helps you organize activities for a trip. You can create a travel plan for a specific destination and date range, add activities to consider, and plan your itinerary. Travel plans can be for solo travelers or groups.
How does group voting work?
Group voting allows you to create a voting room and invite friends or travel companions to vote on activities. Each participant swipes through activities to indicate their preferences, and the results show which activities the group likes most. This makes it easy to reach consensus on what to do together.
How do I generate an AI itinerary?
After completing a voting session and viewing the results, you can tap the "Plan" button to have AI generate a suggested itinerary based on the group's preferences. The AI considers the voting results, activity locations, and timing to create an optimized schedule for your trip.
