How to access and manage your booking information in the app.

Viewing Your Bookings

The Bookings tab in MyPerfectStay gives you a complete view of all your travel activities, organized for easy access. Whether you need to check details for an upcoming trip or look back at past experiences, everything is just a tap away.

Accessing Your Bookings

To view your bookings, tap the Bookings tab at the bottom of the screen. This tab is represented by a ticket icon and is always accessible from the main navigation bar.

If you are not signed in, you will see a prompt to log in or sign up. Your bookings are tied to your account, so you need to be authenticated to view them. The screen shows a "Login or Sign Up" button that opens the authentication flow, or you can tap "Explore Activities" to browse while staying as a guest.

Bookings Screen Overview

Once you are signed in, the Bookings screen displays your activities in an organized layout. The screen is divided into sections to help you quickly find what you need.

  • Upcoming Section - At the top of the screen, you will see your upcoming bookings under the "UPCOMING" header. These are activities scheduled for future dates, sorted with the nearest date first. Up to three upcoming booking groups are shown in the preview. If you have more, a "See all" link appears that takes you to the full upcoming bookings list.

  • Past and Canceled Row - Below your upcoming bookings, you will find a row that provides quick access to your past and canceled bookings. This row shows a small thumbnail from your most recent past booking along with the text "Past and canceled bookings". Tapping this row opens the Past Bookings screen where you can see your complete booking history.

Travel Plan Grouping

If you booked activities through a travel plan, your bookings are grouped together under that travel plan. This makes it easy to see all activities related to a specific trip in one place.

Each travel plan group shows:

  • The travel plan name and destination

  • The date range of your trip

  • Total price for all activities in the plan

  • A list of all bookings within that plan

You can tap on the travel plan header to go to the full travel plan details, or tap on individual bookings within the group to see their specific details.

Map View - Travel plan groups also include a map button that opens a map view showing all your activity locations for that trip, helping you visualize where your activities are located.

Standalone Bookings

Bookings made outside of a travel plan appear as standalone cards. Each card is compact but shows the essential information you need:

  • Activity image

  • Activity title

  • Travel date and start time

  • Booking status (confirmed, pending, or canceled)

Booking Cards and Actions

Each booking card provides quick access to important actions:

  • View Details - Tap anywhere on the card to open the full booking details screen.

  • View Activity - Tap on the activity portion to go to the activity detail page and see complete information about what you booked.

  • View Voucher - If your booking has a voucher, a voucher button appears that opens your ticket or confirmation directly.

  • Cancel Booking - A cancel option is available if the activity's cancellation policy allows cancellation. This starts the cancellation flow.

Upcoming Bookings Screen

Tapping "See all" from the upcoming section (or navigating to the Upcoming Bookings screen) shows your complete list of upcoming activities.

Destination Filter - If you have bookings in multiple destinations, you will see filter chips at the top of the screen. These let you quickly filter your bookings by destination. The selected destination appears first, followed by other destinations where you have bookings.

Year Grouping - Bookings are organized by year with clear section headers. This helps you see your travel plans across different time periods.

Past Bookings Screen

The past bookings screen shows all your completed and canceled activities.

Review Prompt - For past bookings, you may see options to leave a review and share your experience with other travelers.

Receipts and History - Past bookings retain their full details including pricing information, serving as your booking history and receipt records.

Booking Details Screen

Tapping on any booking opens the detailed view with comprehensive information about that activity.

  • Activity Information - At the top, you see the activity image, title, and basic details like duration, date, and time.

  • Traveler Information - The number of travelers and any traveler details you provided during booking.

  • Price Information - The total price you paid for this booking, displayed in your preferred currency.

  • Meeting Point - If the activity has a meeting point, you will see the location name and can tap to view more details including the address and a map showing exactly where to meet.

  • Pickup Information - For activities with pickup service, details about your selected pickup location are displayed. If you selected "I don't know yet" during booking (to be arranged with the supplier later), this is indicated.

  • Ending Point - If the activity ends at a different location from where it starts, the ending point is shown so you know where you will finish.

  • Voucher Access - A prominent button lets you view your voucher or ticket directly from the details screen.

  • Cancellation Option - If the booking can still be canceled according to the activity's policy, a cancel button is available.

Booking Status Indicators

Bookings display their current status so you always know where things stand:

  • Confirmed - Your booking is confirmed and you are all set. A green checkmark indicates confirmed status.

  • Pending - The booking is being processed. This usually resolves to confirmed within a short time.

  • Canceled - The booking has been canceled, either by you or due to other circumstances.

  • Refund Pending - If you canceled a booking with a refund, you may see this status while the refund is being processed.

Refreshing Your Bookings

To refresh the bookings list and check for updates, pull down on the screen. This fetches the latest status for all your bookings and ensures you are seeing current information.

Empty States

No Bookings Yet - If you have not made any bookings, you will see a friendly illustration with a message encouraging you to search for activities. A "Search for activities" button takes you directly to the Explore tab.

No Upcoming Bookings - If you have past bookings but nothing upcoming, the upcoming section will be empty with a message "No upcoming bookings", while your past bookings remain accessible.
